It Was Originally Built As Headquaters For The Australian Department Store Impresarios, The Grace Brothers, And Has Been Recently Classified By The Australian National Trust. Restoration Has Been Meticulous, With Many Original Features Retained Such As Light Fittings, Lifts, Stairwells, Pressed metal Ceilings, Marble Floors, Wide Hallways And Elegant Decorative Ironwork.
