    The completely renovated hotel "Der Tannenbaum" has been in the same family for three generations. The 24 spacious, clean and pleasantly decorated rooms provide sparkling bathrooms, phones with modem connections, and cable TV with pay per view. You are only minutes away from the U and S Bahn trams and busses of the MVV public transportation system that can take you anywhere in Munich and its surrounding areas. For example, direct from Sendlingertor Platz (150 meters from the hotel) ride the S Bahn direct to the international airport in about 20 minutes or the U Bahn direct to the new exhibition center in Riem in about the same time.
