Valued today at more than $300 million, the resort benefits from a $10 million annual maintenance plan that makes this one of the top resort properties in the nation.
    The resort's fabulous Spanish exterior, which combines Spanish, Moorish, Mediterranean and Gothic influences and is characterized by hidden gardens, barrel tile roofs, archways, finials, intricate mosaics, fountains and beamed ceilings of ornate cypress, combines with the luxurious interiors to provide a setting that blends turn of the century luxury with the comforts of the 21st century. Each beautiful guest room is air conditioned and fully equipped to meet the demands of the modern traveler; and, the hotel's friendly professional staff is at pains to guarantee to each guest the vacation of a lifetime.     This Hotel has a $9.54 resort fee that will be charged at the hotel.
    Cancellation policy varies. Reservations for the Holiday season of Dec. 20thst thru Jan 1st has a 30 day cancel policy. Jan 2nd thru April 30th has a 14 day cancel policy. May 1st thru May 22nd and Oct. 1st thru Dec. 18th has a 7 day cancel policy. May 23rd thru Sept. 30th has a 72 hour cancel policy.
    Reservations canceled outside of the cancel policy will be charged for 2 nights room and tax and charged 3 nights during the Holiday Season, Dec. 20th thru Jan 1st.
