Very poor management! An hour after we were checked into our room, two huge coaches with about 60 8th graders on their class trip arrived, and they loaded all of those kids into our building. They played football under the balconies until it was too dark to see, then ran room to room until almost midnight. Management knew they were coming and could have warned us, and offered us a room in another building, but they said nothing, and did nothing about the noise. For a sleepless night, stay at Harbour Pointe!!!
P.S. We were in nonsmoking rooms but could not sit on our balcony because of a chain-smoking counselor on the balcony below us, who was also in a nonsmoking room!
