My family had a terrible experience with Stephanie Wilson of Hawaiian Rental Vacations. We reserved and paid in full (over $7200 for two condos at the Plantation at Princeville on Kauai) for a ten day trip for our Christmas 2006 vacation. We paid in full way back in May 2006 to get a good discount. In December 2006, after over a month of countless attempts to get in touch with Stephanie Wilson to receive our check-in information, we received an email from her stating that the condo owners she represents have essentially fired her and that we would hear from her lawyer. No mention of repayment for the $7200 we had paid. Our lawyer has sent her a demand letter and she had until yesterday January 15th, 2007 to reply. Of course we heard nothing. She is a fraud, thief and now a felon for her actions or lack there of. We are working on getting her to pay for the crimes she has committed and have reported her to the authorities.
